Prior reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it really is still not working. And so the house got many sand in it.
A few notes about previous reviews. There has become a hose outside in order to clean off sand (but no mat at top rated of stairs), and also the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
